Now interviewing Marketing Coordinator candidates
This position is responsible for the successful planning, management, and delivery of Maggiano’s marketing projects. This position requires a highly organized, fast-paced, self-motivated individual with strong aptitudes in writing, technology, and project management.
Key Performance Elements
- Act as a resource, both internal and external to the organization on brand marketing topics.
- Manage supplier partners and internal marketing resources through development and execution of marketing plans and processes. Communicate pertinent information on the development and execution of marketing decisions and plans needed to align other departments, the restaurants and our supplier partners.
- Execute creative process from briefing agencies, to creative development, to in-restaurant execution.
- Develop and nurture positive, collaborative and effective relationships with marketing team, cross-functional teams, operators, supplier partners and agencies.
- Partner for development of creative across varied media vehicles
- Work with Senior Marketing Manager to build fiscal marketing plans that are strategically aligned with overall brand objectives for the year.

- Excellent understanding of branding, marketing and advertising principles
- Flawless execution and excellent attention to detail
- Strong project management and presentation skills
- Desire to work in a cross-functional team environment
- Self-starter, assertive, go-getter with high energy and desire to drive the business
- Highly collaborative work style; must work well with people.
